Living with Multiple Sclerosis herself for over a decade, LaDonna has volunteered her time at The National Multiple Sclerosis Society fundraising functions for years. In 2007 when given the opportunity to host a scrapbook retreat, she immediately decided to put the funds to good use!
Although she birthed three little boys, now days you will instead find three little persian cats running around her house. Luckily for me, she wanted a daughter of her own, so when I showed up - the spot was mine.
LaDonna is what some might call a creative genius. Given enough time, she can put a good creative use to anything. Her husband long ago learned not to throw anything out. Empty water jugs, cereal boxes, peanut butter jars, you name it - she has found a better use for it.
She is well known as a "crafter" because you cannot narrow her talents down to any less, but she is more than that. Her skills not only include painting, sewing, srapbooking, altering, decoupage, mosaic design, jewelry design, interior design, and inventing, but photography and graphic design as well.
It actually may be easier to list what she does not do. She does not enjoy knitting, crocheting, or public speaking. And again, that's where I come in...
